As a food manufacturing company that uses HPP as part of its packaging process, we take our social responsibility seriously.

Reducing food waste diminishes human-caused greenhouse emissions, reduces water and energy consumption, lowers our oil consumption, and saves money. CLGF focuses on lessening food waste with the extension of shelf-life using HPP by using sustainable ingredients and green-friendly packaging when available.

Our Technology: HPP

High-pressure processing is a pasteurization method that uses pressure rather than heat to kill microorganisms in foods, ensuring the food maintains flavor and integrity. HPP destroys Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Vibrio, and Norovirus.

HPP also extends the shelf-life of products to 45–60 days.
